Starting July 3rd
Jim Karwisch and JaCKPie Theatre Workshop holds the Level 1 improv class starting in July. This class covers improv theatre and long-form basics such as playwriting dialog, the director’s eye, listening skills, and give-and-take. Solo and partnered exercises help students develop honest, fleshed-out characters and prepare them for the strange new world of Long-form Improv and Spontaneous Theatre. $200 for 8 weeks. Starting June 1st

Starting April 6th
The latest improv class taught by Relapse Theatre founder and artistic director, Bob Wood, will focus on two-person improvised scenes. This class will teach you how to have powerful performances by emphasizing the Relationship between acting partners, the role of emotions in character work, and how to use movement to inspire genuine feelings and a natural performance. Taught upon a foundation of non-judgment and of improvisation as a life skill. Classes are held Sundays from 2-4 pm with jam sessions every Wednesday night from 7:30-9:30pm. $100 per month.
